In this SIG 3 activity, experts in pediatric voice disorders present a series of interactive cases to help speech-language pathologists develop their knowledge and skills completing voice evaluation and treatment planning for children with bilateral benign vocal fold lesions, unilateral vocal fold paralysis, and sulcus vocalis.

Learning Outcomes
You will be able to:

• describe a case of benign bilateral vocal fold lesions in a 4-year-old child
• identify medical and surgical history features that impact risk for vocal fold paralysis, particularly in the pediatric patient
• identify perceptual and acoustic correlates associated in patients with a vocal fold sulcus and fibrovascular change
